Femstyle Inc. is happy to accept returns and issue a full refund 14 days from the date of receiving your purchase on both regular price and sale items. If you exceed the 14 day limit your purchase is no longer eligible for a full refund. 

We offer free returns in Canada on orders over $300 and one free return per order/shipment.

If your order qualifies for a free return follow the steps below.

1. Email info@femstyle.ca to request your shipping slip.

2. You will receive a shipping slip, please print out the slip and attach it onto the package you are returning.

3. Send the package back within 14 days of receipt to receive your refund.

Refunds

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to show up on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

If your order has been sent to a destination within Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded.
